Balloon Celebration - Let Us Celebrate

Hello and welcome back to a brand new week...

This week I will be sharing projects made with the fun Balloon Celebration Stamp Set.

My base card is Thick Whisper White with a layer of Melon Mambo, then a further layer of Whisper White. To this layer I have added three strips of Washi Tape.

I stamped the large balloon from the Balloon Celebration stamp set on to Melon Mambo card and then punched it out using the matching punch. I added a white hightlight with my white gel pen.

 I stamped the string in Basic Black and added some gems to the background.

 A really pretty but simple card.
